Responsibilities

In this board, chairpersons or their appointee from each active board/commission meet to provide a report on what their board or commission has been or is working on. Staff also coordinates to have a guest speaker present to report on a hot topic.

The City’s Communication Manager is the staff liaison and takes notes (not official meeting minutes) of the reports to share with City Council, City Staff, and all Boards and Commissions members. These are maintained, here, on the city website for the public to view.
